What information we collect

• Anonymous analytics: We use Google Analytics to understand website traffic. This data is not personally identifiable.
• Newsletter subscribers: We collect your email address to send you festival news and updates.
• Collaborators (“Get involved”): We collect the name and email address of those who express interest in participating in the festival as actors, designers, directors, etc.

Information sharing and disclosure

We will never sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties, with one specific exception:

With your explicit and separate consent, we may share your contact information with potential directors for the sole purpose of crewing up productions within the Moment MTL festival. We will always ask you first before making any such introduction.

Record retention

Personal information from collaborators and participants (“players”) is retained for internal records after the festival concludes. This information will not be shared.

• You may request the deletion of your records at any time by contacting us.
• All participant records are automatically and permanently deleted two (2) years after the festival season they relate to.
